摘要　对无法行保肛术的肛管及低位直肠癌，采用带蒂臀大肌代括约肌行肛管重建术，可避免腹部造口带来的身体形象和心理改变，提高患者生活质量，本文对臀大肌代肛门括约肌手术方式作简要介绍。并通过44例手术病人的护理体会，认为该手术创伤较大，年老体弱有严重器质性疾病患者不宜考虑，术后护理重点主要是防止重建的肛管发生感染及排便功能训练，是提高手术疗效的关键。

Nursing of the Patient Undergone Anal Sphincter Reconstruction with Muscles Gluteus Major

Abstract: The surgery of anal sphincter reconstruction operation with muscles gluteus major the patients of lower located rectal carcinoma or and cancer prevents the patients from the strike to their bodies and psychological changes which was caused by the ostomy operation. The authors introduced the operation procedure simply and describe their experiences of the nursing of 44 patients who undergone this reconstruction procedure. Conclusions: The key points of the nursing of those patients with the and reconstruction procedure are prevention of infection at the site of reconstructed anus and training of the fecal excretion, which are the two important factors influencing the efficacy of the procedure on the other hand, those elder patients with serious organ disorders should not undertake this procedure.
